Smuggler Cottage, East Looe, Cornwall is a beautiful, Grade II listed, 3 bedroomed 15th Century cottage situated on the level in the old part of town. Moments from the beach and river, the cottage is restored, featuring ships beams, timbers, panelling and its smuggler tunnel access. It can sleep 6 people and is available for holiday lets. |

The cottage became ours in February 2006, so most rooms have been repainted, have new furniture and all our bed linens and towels are new this year. |

KITCHEN - includes a dining area and is well equipped with 'fridge, microwave, toaster and electric cooker. An iron is also provided.

BEDROOM 1 - has an antique brass bed marble washstand and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower in the corner of the room. |

BEDROOM 2 - has new twin beds and an en-suite shower in the room. It has a high ceiling with beams and exposed stone walls. This a mezzanine room, with a curtain to separate it from the passage leading to the bathroom. |

BEDROOM 3 - is a charming 'step-down, cabin-feel, room. Painted in restful sea green, this bedroom also has twin beds and is ideal for children as it is close to mum & dad in the main bedroom

BATHROOM - has a clothes drier and airing cupboard as well as bath, toilet and wash basin. Please note that this room is at the top of the house and up the windy stairs, and is the only loo. this is a very very old cottage - not mission control |

Can you spot the filled in tunnel ? People around here will tell you that there is a story that this tunnel goes out under the sea to Looe Island. |
