BATHROOM - has an airing cupboard as well as bath, toilet and wash basin - all new this year. Please note that this room is at the top of the house and up the windy stairs, and is the only loo. (There is nowhere to put another one, your kids will love it,but your grandparents might not find it too amusing)
 

KITCHEN - includes a dining area and is equipped with 'fridge, microwave, toaster and electric cooker. An iron and board is also provided. Just no room for dishwasher or washing machine or I would.
